Refund , Return and Cancellation Policy

Refund/Payment Policy :-

1- I have paid some Amount already , but I have cancelled the order now. When will I receive my refund?

    Firstly you need to request for refund within 3 days of your order. The refund is initiated from our side within 24-72 hours, however, it may take up to 7-30 Business days for that Amount to Credited in your given account which depend on the source of payment. If you do not receive funds within our given time period, you can contact us freely and also we will provide the Bank Transaction Reference Number through you can contact to your bank also.

2- I have tried many times for order and my payment has been debited multiple times. What should I do for refund my Extra Amount?

    Firstly we are very sorry for this inconvenience or trouble. If your payment has been debited multiple times so do not worry The extra amount which is debited from your any Bank/Card Account will be automatically refunded in some time that depends on the mode of payment within 7-30 Business days

3- My order did not get placed, but the Amount got debited. What should I do?

    It happens in some technical issue but you do not need to worry about this when we will receive the payments or any update or feedback about this transaction through our payment partners so we will update you soon And If the Payments has been successfully captured and credited to us so we will place your order accordingly. Sometimes it can take upto 24-72 hours for our payments partner to provide us an update about your payment or Transaction. Have some patience we will definitely complete your order or refund fast as much as we can do.

4- I have applied for Refund so where I will get the Amount Refund?

   If you will apply for a refund so our team will Email/Sms/call you to send us the required information what we need to verify that this refund belong to you or not And then you need to send us your Bank Account information which will be required in the Refund process. The required details for the refund process have been given below:-

     Account Holder’s Name

     Bank Name

     Bank Account Number

     IFSC Code

     Type of Account (Current/Savings)

5- What is the Refund time period for any products which I have received? Should I get my refund money in Dreamlok Credits?

    We can not accept the refund request after placing the order for delivery from our side and after completing the payment for product purchase, if you want to cancel the order so you have to cancel your order within 24 hours then you will get your refund in your Account according to our 7-30 Business days refund policy. If you could not do this within 24 hours and you are not comfortable with your previous order to give us a request so you will get that amount in Dreamlok Credits.

                        Yes you can definitely get your Amount refund in Dreamlok Credits and you can use this for other shopping or products.

Return/Exchange Policy:-

1-  I want to Return/Exchange an order or product so how can I do this?

     We are very sorry if you feel any issues with that product. We will try to resolve your issue at earliest but before you have to contact us via Email/Sms/Call to our Customer Support. We are available here Monday – Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

                                                                       After receiving the Product or item you can request us within 24 hours. After 24 hours we can not Return/Exchange.

2- What is the reason for Return/Exchange Policy?

    These are the following reasons  where Return/Exchange Policy is applicable within 24hours after receiving the product or order has been given below:-

    (A) If the product or item arrived in a physically damaged condition.

    (B) If the product is not something what you have ordered (Wrong color/Wrong size/Wrong product).

    (C) If it did not have the complete package/have missing any parts or accessories.

    (D) If it is different from the description in the details option on product or item page.

3-  When will the Return Product be picked up after request for Return/Exchange ?

    Within 10 Business days once your return/Exchange request is created and If your Area Pin Code is Serviceable by our Courier Partner.

4- When will I get the New product  after requesting Return/Exchange ? Howmuch time it will take on Return/Exchange or Dreamlok Credits?

     When we will receive the item  and it passes the quality check then after you will received the new product soon if there will not be any damaged , missing parts and original packaging from your side.

It will take 15-30 Business days time from the date of raising the Return/Exchange request.

Cancellation Policy:-

1- If I want to cancel my order so how can I do that? If I could not cancel my order on time so what would happen with my prepaid Amount?

    Firstly we are very sorry for the inconvenience in the shop or purchase. Our customer support will ask you once after you placed the order if you want to cancel say ‘No’ at that time via Email/Sms/Call. Once the order is placed so it can not be possible to cancel the order. But for any doubts and concerns please contact our customer support via Email/Sms/Call.

                                                                                 If you are satisfied with your current order so that will deliver to you or  You will receive that Amount in Dreamlok Credits where you can use this for any other product or item for your purchase or order.

2- If I use cash on delivery (COD) option so how can I cancel my order?

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience because of cash on delivery (COD) the option is not available right now in our products or services but will be update soon.
